What we collect
- Account information: when you sign up with Google or email, we receive your name and email address from the sign-in provider.
- Wedding details you enter as a host: partner names, wedding date, venue, your story, theme preferences, and meal options.
- Guest information you provide as a host: guest names and any contact details you add, plus whether a plus-one is allowed.
- RSVP responses: attendance, meal choices, plus-one details, dietary notes, and messages guests submit through their personal invite links.
How we use it
- We use this information solely to operate Artisan Vows: to run your account, display your wedding pages, deliver invite links, and show you RSVP responses on your dashboard.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with vendors, advertisers, or any third party for marketing — there is no vendor marketplace in Artisan Vows, so vendor spam is impossible by design.
Where your data lives
- Your data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase and the application runs on Railway's infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
Your control
- As a host, you can edit or delete your weddings, guests, and their RSVP data at any time from your dashboard. Deleting a wedding permanently removes its guests and RSVPs.
- Guest invite links are unique, unguessable URLs. Anyone with the link can view that invitation and submit or update an RSVP for it.
